Who we are
First Pick is a collaboration tool, allowing search firms and
their clients to work more closely together to fill executive
vacancies.
We are empowering headhunters by building machine learning
software to map the executive landscape and automate repeatable
processes, allowing them to spend more time advising and solving
problems for their clients.
Technical Founder
First Pick was founded by
Matthew Callery, who holds an MSc Computer Science from the University of
Bristol and a BA Materials Science from the University of
Cambridge.
Matthew was previously a Director at an executive search firm in
London, and established First Pick to help solve the problems he
saw in the industry.
